Anthony Moore

Anthony ('Tony') Moore has 50+ years’ experience in the global financial services industry having lived and worked in 6 countries, 9 cities and transacted business in another 30+ countries in his long and distinguished career.

From 1968 to 1973, Tony worked in the London stockbroker market qualifying to become a member of London Stock Exchange. Between 1974- 1983, Tony held senior positions with the large French bank, Banque Nationale de Paris-BNP (Tony speaks fluent French) in London, Paris, Tokyo and New York where he was Executive Vice President responsible for BNP's international finance activities in North America.

Following his career with BNP, in 1983 Tony was recruited by Goldman Sachs (GS) in New York expressly to open and manage the Goldman Sachs (Asia) Ltd office based in Hong Kong which had responsibility for all of GS's business in East Asia, including China. In 1986 Tony became the first Head of Investment Banking at Goldman Sachs Japan in Tokyo and a member of the Goldman Sachs Investment Banking Division Management Committee.

In 1988, Tony was appointed Executive Director at Goldman Sachs Ltd in London where he had responsibility for UK privatisations and relationships with a large number of Footsie 100 companies. Following his career at Goldman Sachs he held, among other positions, Member of the Board of Banker's Trust Int'l and Chairman of Corporate Finance at BZW, Barclays Bank's investment banking subsidiary. Tony has also held senior positions in industry including President & CEO of New Energy Ventures Technologies in Los Angeles, one of the early entrants into the deregulating US power industry. He was also on the Board of Dames & Moore a New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) listed construction and engineering company.

Tony has served, and still very much serves, as Chairman and/or Board Director of large
number of public, most notably he was Chairman, CEO & President of Equus a NYSE listed closed end fund, and private companies in the USA, Europe and Asia/Pacific.

Tony's experience covers capital markets financing, equity fund raising, cross-border mergers & acquisitions, project finance, real estate, precious metals, asset management (including alternative investments) and wealth advisory. He has particular experience in guiding start up and emerging companies through to an exit, either trade sale or IPO.

Tony has an extensive, global senior executive level network in government, public entities, financial institutions and corporate around the world. Tony very much believes in "giving back" including via public service. He was, for example, Chairman of Action on Addiction in the UK."

Currently based in Istanbul, Tony is the Chairman and Founder of Evrensel Impact Group which has four subsidiaries focusing on water, renewable energy, sustainable agriculture and natural resources / minerals. He is also Founder and Executive Chairman of Evrensel Capital Partners a merchant bank and fund management company. He is particularly interested in providing strategic and financial advice to companies that have a significant humanitarian aspect in their offering.

Derrick Emeka Randall

Derrick Emeka Randall is a seasoned commercial executive with over 30 years of experience in marketing, sales, and business development, primarily within the telecom sector. His career has been dedicated to helping mobile operators reduce churn, increase revenues, and drive usage through innovative propositions. Derrick has held senior roles in major corporations, including T-Mobile, TDK, Barclays, Michelin, and Frost & Sullivan.
At TDK, he played a key role in driving education and adoption of Bluetooth technology, leading the launch of the industry's first Bluetooth products for PDAs.
As Head of Group Marketing and Planning at T-Mobile International, he managed a consumer budget of €100 million, overseeing marketing activities across multiple European countries.
He served as CMO and Commercial Director for Digicel, successfully positioning it as the leading mobile operator in the Eastern Caribbean.
In recent years, Derrick has shifted his focus to Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) initiatives, particularly in water projects, renewable energy, and sustainable agriculture.
He is currently the Chief Commercial Officer and Advisor to the Chairman at Evrensel Impact Group (EIG), where he leads strategic initiatives in impact-driven investments. Additionally, he serves as CEO for Africa at Evrensel Global Water Solutions, spearheading water infrastructure projects in Ghana, Botswana, and Tanzania.
Derrick has also held advisory and non-executive director roles, including Chair of the Corporate Governance Committee at Tingo Incorporated, an Agri-Fintech company.
Holding a BA in International Relations from Keele University and an MBA from the University of Sheffield, Derrick currently resides in London, continuing his mission to drive sustainable and impactful business solutions. He has also recently added writing children’s novels to his growing list of activities.

Lloyd Le Page is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of expertise in international business investment and development, specializing in agriculture, food systems, sustainability, tourism, and global trade. He has held key leadership roles at DuPont Pioneer, served as the inaugural CEO of the CGIAR Consortium, and advised on agriculture and food investments with the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change. Lloyd has founded ventures like Heartland Global, Rift Valley Traders, and Verdant Impact Partners. He serves on several business and fund advisory boards, consulting with businesses, development partners, and organizations such as the IFC to drive impactful investments.
